Charlie Weatherspoon

Charlie has over 20 years of experience in the credit and collections business.  He is a founder of AnchorStone Group. 

Prior to AnchorStone Group, Charlie founded the Corporate CFO, which provides resource networking, business consulting and other management related services in finance and marketing and specializes in credit and collections. 

Charlie formerly served as the area credit manager for DuPont’s Asia Pacific and domestic exports.  Prior to DuPont, Charlie held various financial positions at Mellon Bank, with his most recent position as a relationship manager in the Corporate Banking Department’s western division with a $175 million plus portfolio. 

In addition, to this work experience, Charlie has been active in non-profit organizations and is currently the vice president of the Board of Directors for the West Center City Early Center in Delaware. 

Charlie received a B.S. in Administrative Sciences from Yale University.

Leroy (Roy) Brown Jr.

Roy is a Senior Credit Account Manager and Collections Specialist at AnchorStone and has over 10 years of experience in the credit and collections business. 

Roy is the founder and sole proprietor of First Cambridge Associates, which is a management consulting firm specializing in credit and collections, strategic and operations planning, business analysis, marketing and contract negotiations. 

Prior to founding the First Cambridge Associates, Roy accumulated over 30 years of experience in all phases of mortgage lending, including commercial and residential loan origination and processing, underwriting and credit evaluation, mortgage servicing, portfolio management, liquidation and disposition of assets, valuation and foreclosures. 

He is a current board member of Presbyterian Children’s Village and serves on the audit and property committees.  He formerly served as a board member for Habitat for Humanity – Philadelphia.

Ken Jackson

Ken is a Senior Credit Account Manager and Collections Specialist at AnchorStone and has over 10 years of experience in the credit and collections business. 

Ken attained over seventeen years of experience working for DuPont.  His responsibilities included quality control supervisor, customer service representative and assistant credit manager for DuPont AG, which was responsible for managing and collecting over $20 million dollars of accounts receivables.
